Starting The Program
Joining the Spa Membership Program and continued monthly payment indicates full agreement to these terms and conditions. No contract to sign. 3 month commitment. Your Spa Membership Monthly Program renews automatically each month. Payments are billed on the 1st or 15th of each month.
Rollover Privileges
Members may rollover any unused services for up to 3 months before we will auto pause or cancel your membership. Rollover services do expire 3 months post original payment.
Pause Membership
Members may pause for up to 2 months. After 2 months the membership will automatically renew unless cancelled.
Leaving The Program
Cancel Any time, 7 days notice is needed, Upon termination of your month to month membership, accumulated member services are non-refundable. Each accumulated service expires 3 months from the date original payment.
Immediately upon cancellation, you will no longer have special pricing or discounts on other services.
Should the spa relocate or close, the spa has no financial responsibility for any unused credits where the member did not use the credit the month it was accrued for.

Guests must follow spa rules and regulations. Opulence reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason. Opulence reserves the right to modify/change spa rules, regulations, services and pricing at anytime with/ without notice. The spa has a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If you need to change your appointment please do so 24 hours in advance or you will be subject to a $100 fee or a credit will be redeemed.. Your Spa Membership is non-transferable.
