TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Credit/Debit Card is required for membership

• First month’s membership fee is due at time of membership. Each additional month will be charged on your credit card on file the same day of the month as the day of membership.

• Need to skip a month? No problem. We allow 1 month to be skipped. After that you will return back to your regular payment schedule. 

• Membership can be canceled at any time with a 30 day written notice but will be charged an early cancellation fee equal to the amount of one month’s membership fee. 

• Membership term is for 3 month minimum. For effective results we recommend 12 months. 

• Spa Cancelation Policy applies to all no shows or late (within 24 hours) cancelation appointments.
